Planning around a race weekend
- Check your event schedule, then request a stay that covers every day you will be at the track.
- Choose drop-off and pick-up times from the windows offered in the reservation workflow. Multi-day events are easiest when the stay starts before your first day and ends after your last.
- Upload proof of current vaccinations with your reservation so our staff can review it before the stay.
- Open live directions to plan the route between Norwalk and our kennel.
Vaccination proof is required
Every new reservation requires at least one upload of proof of your pet’s current vaccinations. Our team reviews the submitted documents before your pet’s stay, and we confirm the stay only after that review. Have the records ready before you travel.
Planning questions
Can I collect my dog right after the final round?
Pick-up happens only during the windows available in the reservation workflow. Events can run long, so pick a pick-up window you can comfortably make, even if that means the next day.
Is my dog safe from track noise with you?
Your dog stays at our kennel in Berlin Heights, away from the event itself, not at the track.
Are you connected with the track?
No. Cozy Acres Boarding is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Summit Motorsports Park.
Where should I plan drop-off and pick-up?
Plan to drop off and pick up at our Berlin Heights address during your selected reservation windows. Check live directions when planning your trip between the kennel and Norwalk.
How do I book?
Request a stay to create your customer account and tell us about your dog. Then choose your dates and drop-off and pick-up windows, upload vaccination proof, and send the request. Returning customers can log in to book again.
